This Return Policy explains how Quorvexxbraphul handles cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed through our website. It supplements your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Geographic scope
Consumer rights quoted below follow UK rules for customers who shop with us at a distance. If you order from outside the United Kingdom, import duties, carrier rules, or local return laws may apply in addition to this policy. Right to cancel (distance contracts)
If you are a UK consumer and your contract is a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within fourteen days after the day you receive the goods, unless an exception applies. To exercise the right, send a clear statement to contact@quorvexxbraphul.world or support@quorvexxbraphul.world before the deadline. We confirm receipt by email.
Exceptions
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery, where this was disclosed before purchase. Perishable goods and personalised items may also be excluded as permitted by law.
How to return
After cancellation is accepted, return the goods to the address we provide, without undue delay and within fourteen days. Use adequate packaging. You bear direct return costs unless we state otherwise or the goods are faulty.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including outbound delivery where the full order is returned, within fourteen days from the day we receive the goods back or from the day you supply evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold refund until goods are received. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. Standard delivery upgrades are non-refundable if you chose a costlier option.
Faulty goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, UK consumer law provides remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on circumstances. Contact help@quorvexxbraphul.world with photos and your order reference.
